What is Alcohol and Drug Assessment?

Collects information related to your substance use history, needs and preferences to determine a diagnosis, appropriate services and/or referral.

Crisis Intervention

What is Crisis Intervention?

Provides assessment and immediate stabilization of acute symptoms mental illness, alcohol and other drug abuse, emotional distress, domestic violence or abuse /neglect, etc.
Day Treatment

What is Day Treatment?

A minimum 20 hours per week individualized coordinated services under the direction of a physician. Partial hospitalization includes group and individual services.
Detoxification

What is Detoxification?

Support during withdrawal from alcohol or other drugs. Services are residential or outpatient.
Forensic Evaluation

What is Forensic Evaluation?

Psychological evaluation regarding a legal issue for individuals referred by a court, adult parole, or other agency in the criminal justice system.

Intensive Outpatient

What is Intensive Outpatient?

A minimum 9 direct services per week to adults; 6 direct service hours to children and adolescents. Services may include both individual and group sessions.
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

What is Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)?

Medications used to treat people with substance use disorders combined with counseling and other services.

Mental Health Assessment

What is Mental Health Assessment?

Collects information related to your mental health history, needs and preferences to determine a diagnosis, appropriate services and/or referral.
Methadone Treatment

What is Methadone Treatment?

Medical Services focused on the prescribing of Methadone to treat substance use disorders. NOTE: Individuals must also participate outpatient substance use disorders.
Outpatient / Counseling

What is Outpatient / Counseling?

Individual or group mental health or substance use therapy services
Psychotropic Medication

What is Psychotropic Medication?

Medical services focused on the prescribing of medications to treat mental illness.
Residential Treatment

What is Residential Treatment?

24 hour program of professionally directed services for persons with alcohol, other drug, and/or addiction problems.

Suboxone Treatment

What is Suboxone Treatment?

Medical Services focused on the prescribing of Suboxone to treat substance use disorders. NOTE: Individuals must also participate in outpatient substance use treatment.
Suicide Intervention

What is Suicide Intervention?

effort to prevent a person from attempting to take their own life on purpose.
Vivitrol Treatment

What is Vivitrol Treatment?

Medical Services focused on the prescribing of Vivitrol to treat substance use disorders. NOTE: Individuals must also participate outpatient substance use disorders.
