Case Management
What is Case Management?
Supports focusing on meeting the goals identified in an individualized treatment plan. Services can be individual or group services. Also called Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST)
Domestic Violence
What is Domestic Violence?
Intimidation, physical or sexual assault, battery and/or other abusive behavior as part of power and control by one person against another in a domestic setting, such as in marriage or cohabitation.
Food Assistance

Hunger relief.
Foster Care/Adoption
What is Foster Care/Adoption?
Education, training, supports, provided to families who provide parental care to children who have been removed from their natural family. Services include mental health therapy and supports for the fostered or adoptive child.
General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
What is General Equivalency Diploma (GED)?
The GED program prepares an adult to secure a GED credential. This program explores the GED exam's four subject areas provides practice testing opportunities, and develops higher-level writing and reading comprehension skills.
LGBTQ2+
What is LGBTQ2+ ?
LGBTQ2+ is often used to mean all the communities included in LGBTTTQQIAAP (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, transsexual, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual, ally, pansexual) Gives and receive support and education from individuals with shared life experiences or professional staff.

What is Medication Drop Box Locations?
Medication drop boxes allow individuals to legally and safely dispose of unneeded or expired prescription drugs.
Naloxone / Narcan

Training and distribution of Naloxone (Narcan) kits used to immediately treat an opioid overdose.

SOAR
What is SOAR?
SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR) is a program to increase access to SSI/SSDI for eligible adults* experiencing or at risk of homelessness, have a serious mental illness, medical impairment, and/or a co-occurring substance use disorder.

A phone number called to talk to an individual with lived experience. In this age of social isolation, the phone is a lifeline for individuals in need of support.
